The Golden Ball 20m Lancaster is flat and fast and we and we look forward to seeing you cross the line!

A flat and fast course is suitable for all abilities and excellent training if you have a marathon planned!

The race starts & finishes at the Trimpell Club and uses the network of paths around Lancaster and the surrounding district.

Medal and t-shirt to all finishers in 20 mile.

Medal to all finishers in 10 mile.

Prizes: first 3 male and first 3 female finishers.
