Terms & Conditions of Entry
- Online entries will close 1 week before race date or when capacity has been reached. The Lancaster Races reserve the right to close any event earlier if required.
- Lancaster Races is committed to offering high-quality events that meet the needs of runners and will always aim to run events once runners have booked onto them.
- Circumstances will occasionally arise which result in event cancellation. At such times, Lancaster Races will take active and positive steps to inform athletes as soon as possible by email and social media.
- Lancaster Races reserve the right to cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- In the event of a Lancaster Races event being cancelled we are unable to offer refunds or swaps.
Entry & Results Policy
By entering the race you have agreed for us to collect information about your race entry which will be shared with the results team. Your email will also be used to send you pre race
information, this information is not shared with any third parties.
You agree on entry that we may publish your personal information as part of the results of our events and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times, occupation and age category.
