On entry you choose to be a cop or a robber.

The Cops chase down the Robbers who set off 5 minutes before them.

All athletes will receive a cops or robbers running vest to wear for the race and keep!

Everyone also receives a medal at the finish.

A great race to run in a team or with a partner, where the slower runners set off first and try to beat their teammates to the finish!

This race aims to appeal to both serious and fun-loving athletes. It is a new course starting behind the George & Dragon, following the Quayside and then up and round the castle (jail) before returning to the start (finish).
